Thanks :) umm poster paper for the tube-like handles especially, and then a mix of that and printing paper to make layers so they can be think enough so i could cut out the shapes i want. For some of the parts i cut tiny strips of paper and sort of papier-mached them to form some of the round shapes like in the bottom of the handles.

This is great! I cant believe it works as well! By the way the skull one you did's really nice too. Whenever I try anything out of paper like that I always get glue and sticky tape everywhere and end up with this worthless wad. Nice work! Hope you don't mind if I watch your stuff!

Wow that was a quick (and my first!) comment, thanks :)...well my professor was a perfectionist freak so most work from my class was outstanding. It did take a lot of work and it was slow, and frustrating, but I took it slow and it was worth it. Oh and btw, the gears turn just like a real can opener.

wow that was a quick (and my first!) comment, i just started uploading stuff like 5 mins ago... Thanks for the comment, it did take a lot of work...my professor was a perfectioist freak so everyone in my class had outstanding work. It was a slow process but I'm glad I stuck thru it. And btw, the gears also turn like a real can opener.
